MENTORS

Eastman School of Music students and/or musicians from the community act as mentors for the major instrument groups of the  bands and orchestras. The weekly section rehearsals they conduct promote better playing together as sections and personal musical growth. Some of the mentors also serve as conductors for some of the small ensembles.
